Assistant Coach Women's Gymnastics primary coaching responsibilities include the uneven bars, vaulting and possible other event coaching, including spotting high-level gymnastic skills. Recruiting coordinator evaluating all prospective student-athletes. Assist in the day to day training plans, planning of team travel, scheduling, NCAA, ECAC and Ivy league paperwork. Ensuring program compliance with Yale University, Ivy League, NCAA, ECAC policies, procedures and rule regulations. Assist with facility and equipment management. Participate in planning for alumni events including fundraising or other special events. Oversee equipment set up of home competitions.

Bachelor's degree and one year of collegiate coaching experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowlege of NCAA and Ivy League rules and regulations.
