The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Ticket Services Coordinator.

Provide customer service to anyone contacting the Ticket Office to purchase tickets or ask questions regarding upcoming events, filling ticket orders, solving problems and answering their questions. Directly assist managers with up to two general admission sports with event setup, game day operations, as well as event reconciliation. This position will also be asked to work on certain projects and tasks independently with direction from management. This position will work closely with both ticket sales and marketing departments on various projects and campaigns as it relates to ticket sales and renewal efforts. This position will place a vital role in ensuring cohesiveness and communication between the ticket sales staff as well as the athletic marketing staff.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree.
