Schedules Athletics Facilities for practices and competition and outside use.
Hires, trains, assigns, schedules, supervises, and evaluates student staff.
Maintains a current student worker handbook with policies relevant to student workers.
Reports facility repair needs to Facilities, processes work orders, and serves as liaison for Facilities regarding facility/field issues.
Supervises Men's/Women's Rugby programs with additional varsity sport administrative liaison responsibility.
Generates and issues all athletic building keys and lockers assignments.
Manages all approved annual Athletics capital requests from start to finish.
Oversees the purchasing for and maintenance of campus fitness center, varsity weight room, and dorm cardio room.
Is fiscally responsible in managing the budget for the athletic facility expenses.
Assists with Athletics department special events or programs (playoffs, championships, SAAC, NSAO, PKLA, etc.)
Acts as event manager or administrator for up to 45 assigned home events.
Communicates with visiting teams, updates Visitor Guide.
Maintaining a visible presence at department functions and events.
Contributing member of the athletics department in all department initiatives.
Visible, fully integrated member of the overall College community.

Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree preferred.
