Director of Football Operations
Manages all operations of the football office including operating budget, team travel, quality control, NCAA compliance and recruiting related matters; hires, trains, supervises and mentors team managers and video staff; performs market analysis to design schedule to maximize strength of schedule; and manages external relations, alumni and fundraising efforts.
Bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of collegiate football playing experience, collegiate coaching experience, or administration experience required. Division I or II experience preferred. Student experience will be considered. Must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Football Conference, and the University of Northern Iowa. Criminal and other relevant background checks required.
