Lebanon Valley College, a NCAA Division III member of The Commonwealth Conference is accepting applications for the position of head women’s soccer coach. Reporting to the director of athletics, this position is responsible for the direction of the women’s soccer program, the recruitment and retention of academically and athletically qualified student athletes, supervision of the coaching staff, budget management, on-field coaching, and alumni cultivation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for a secondary responsibility assigned by the director of athletics. Responsibilities also include: supporting and encouraging academic and athletic excellence and adherence to all rules and regulations as set forth by Lebanon Valley College, the NCAA and the Middle Atlantic Conference. A bachelor’s degree is required, a master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 year’s college coaching experience is required and head coaching experience preferred.
