Mount Saint Mary's University in Emmitsburg, Maryland is accepting applications for the position of part-time assistant swimming coach. The assistant coach will assist the head coach in all aspects of the men’s and women’s swimming program, including: recruitment of qualified student-athletes; practice and game preparation; budget management and fundraising; scheduling and scouting; and the overall administration of a Division I swimming program in accordance with institutional, NCAA, and conference rules and regulations. Academically qualified candidates will be eligible for graduate school tuition remission benefits at the University. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree required. Successful collegiate coaching and/or collegiate swimming experience desired. Review of candidates will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
