This Graduate Assistant in Athletics Communication will assist in the publicity and promotion of Bryant University’s 22-sport NCAA Division I athletics program.
Specific duties include writing and editing press releases, game stories, game programs and media guides; compiling statistics and reporting results to appropriate media outlets; assisting in home event management; assisting in the maintenance of the athletics website; preparing reports for the Northeast Conference and NCAA. This position requires availability on nights, weekends, and some travel
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications or English. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in a sports information office, either as a student assistant or intern, and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and stat crew statistical preferred.

Additional Salary Information: This is a two year Graduate Assistant position. Tuition, housing, plus $1,500. stipend per semester
