Illinois State University invites applications for the position of Director of Volleyball Operations. The Director of Volleyball Operations, under the direction of the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach, is responsible for assisting with various management, and administrative duties of the Volleyball program as assigned by the Head Coach. The Director of Volleyball Operations will also assist with various team responsibilities including, but not limited to: scheduling practice facilities for home/away events, coordinate travel plans for the team, coordinate equipment and apparel orders, assist with scout preparations and video editing, film during practices, and keep game statistics during practice, as well as home and away contests. This position is responsible for conducting any duties or activities with integrity and within the rules of the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA), the Missouri Valley Conference and/or Missouri Valley Football Conference (MVC or MVFC), the State of Illinois, Illinois State University, and the Athletics Department.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; proven organizational and leadership ability; advanced knowledge of techniques and strategies; thorough knowledge of NCAA rules
Desired Qualifications: Master's degree; experience with Video Breakdown; experience with Data Volley or Volley Metrics
