RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for managing the efficient operation of the lacrosse office, including team travel; monitor budget for each sport; liaison with department support services; assisting in the management of all aspects of lacrosse camps and clinics; overseeing game day activities; and at the direction of lacrosse coaching staff, assist with the coordination of recruit visits. Supervise student managers/grad assistants. Supervised by Head Lacrosse Coach.
Responsible for the promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program, including adherence to all department policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the university, Pac-12 Conference and the NCAA
Manages all aspects of team travel, including arranging flights, hotel accommodations, developing itineraries and schedules, per diem, and making alternate arrangements when unexpected situations arise. Also acts as post-season coordinator when necessary, planning and managing team/staff travel for the event for the lacrosse team. Substantial communication with current student-athletes. Assists with the management of all aspects of lacrosse camps.
Assists with the coordination of all paperwork for incoming student-athletes, including admissions, housing, financial aid, eligibility and clearinghouse data.
?Monitor budget, following all policies and procedures of the department.
Serves as liaison with department’s marketing, media relations, fund-raising, ticket office, and training room staff for lacrosse.
Acts as liaison between lacrosse staff and student academic services.
At the direction of the lacrosse coaching staff, coordinates recruiting visits, including schedules, hotel and meal arrangements.
Other duties as assigned by the Head Lacrosse Coach and Deputy Athletic Director.

Minimum two years athletic administrative experience at the Division I level.
Weekend and evening work hours and travel required to ensure that all program needs are met.
Sport operations at the Division I, Power 5 level.
Budget management experience.
Knowledge of the University of Oregon Athletic Department
Candidates with experience serving the needs of diverse populations are strongly desired.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and interpretations.
Knowledge of Windows and Apple software.
Excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication skills
