The Athletics Department at Bryant University invites applications for the 10-month, part-time position of Athletic Operations Intern. Bryant University is an NCAA Division I program, sponsoring 22 varsity sports, and is a member of the Northeast Conference (NEC). This position reports to the Deputy Athletic Director.
The Athletic Operations Intern will be responsible to assist with daily operations including but not limited to travel coordination, and business operations.
The Operations Intern will assist the Director of Athletics Operations with all game day preparations. The intern will be responsible for overseeing the event management student staff throughout game day set-ups and break-downs. On game days, the Intern will be responsible for overseeing the ticket staff and will be responsible for handling ticket sales. The Intern will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all NCAA rules and regulations regarding tickets. The intern must also demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism and productivity as a representative of Bryant University Athletics. This position requires availability on nights and weekends.

Bachelor’s degree plus related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in game management. Previous experience working within an intercollegiate athletic program in game management preferred.
Additional Salary Information:
$10,000 stipend for 10-month position starting August 15, 2017. On campus housing provided.
